  General Notes:

In 1875 Johan Hansen Lier bought Olberg Søndre from Johannes Andreassen Trippestad and Johannes Christiansen Løken for 2500 Spdlr. In 1889 Johan Hansen Holter, as he then called himself, sold the Olberg farm for kr. 8000 to Frants Jacobsen Torp.

Karoline died in 1904, the 6th of December (actually the 14th). The next year Johan Hansen sold the Holter farm to Jens Johannesen Tømmeraas for kr. 20 000.

In 1910 Johan was a widowed shoemaker living on the Hejmdal farm in Askim. His daughter Anna was with him. The farm was owned by furniture maker Svend A. Bjørkqvist.
